HireHub provides an online job board platform connecting job seekers with employers. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to HireHub, including resumes, job listings, and profile information. By submitting content, you grant HireHub a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profile information
- Use our platform to discriminate against any protected class
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our platform without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
Payment Terms
Employer pricing plans are billed as described on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days advance notice.
Limitation of Liability
HireHub is not responsible for the accuracy of job listings, employer information, or candidate profiles. We do not guarantee employment outcomes and are not liable for hiring decisions made through our platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
